About Crestmark Compare

We are a small editorial team that reviews and compares UK-facing online casino brands. This page explains who the site is for, how it works and how we keep it running.

Who the site is for

Crestmark Compare is written for adult readers in the United Kingdom who are already comfortable with the idea of registering at a licensed online casino and want a clearer way to compare brands than reading marketing pages one by one.

We do not try to push any one operator. We list a small number of brands, score them against the same criteria and explain the trade-offs in plain English so the choice stays with you.

What we are not

  • We are not a casino. We do not run games, hold balances or process bets.
  • We do not accept deposits, manage accounts or pay out winnings.
  • We are not the UK Gambling Commission and we are not a regulator.
  • We are not owned by, controlled by or part of any of the casino brands we list.

If you have an account problem, a payment query or a question about a bonus you have activated, those issues belong to the operator you registered with, not to us.

How the site is funded

We use commercial affiliate relationships with the operators we cover. When a reader clicks through one of our outbound buttons and goes on to register, we may receive a commission from that operator.

That funding model lets us keep the site free to read with no signup wall, but it also means readers deserve clarity about it. Full details are on the affiliate disclosure page.

Editorial independence

Commercial relationships do not change the way we score operators. We use the same checklist for every brand and we are willing to say when something is weaker, less transparent or unsuitable for a particular kind of player. Our scoring framework is published on the editorial review policy page.

Get in touch

Editorial enquiries, factual corrections and operator feedback are all welcome via our contact page. We cannot help with anything that requires access to a player account at an operator – those questions need to go to the casino itself.
