Who is responsible for your data
Crestmark Compare is the data controller for personal information collected on this site. You can reach the editorial team at editors@crestmarkcompare.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions – name, email and the message you choose to send us.
- Aggregated analytics – anonymised information about which pages and casino comparisons readers find useful.
- Affiliate referrals – when you click an outbound operator link, the destination operator may record your visit using their own tracking. We see only aggregated commission reports.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your address, payment details, identity documents, gambling history, casino account credentials or any information that would allow us to act on your behalf at a casino. We do not sell reader data.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies as described on the cookie policy page. Non-essential cookies are loaded only after you accept them in the on-site banner.

- Contact form: consent and legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.

How long we keep data
Contact emails are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer retention is needed for a specific factual correction. Aggregated analytics are retained in a non-identifying form.
